Our platform functions as an umbrella cloud infrastructure (SaaS hub) that powers individual client applications (web portals, Android apps, and iOS apps). While apps share high-performance cloud databases and synchronization pipelines, each application operates with distinct identity boundaries, independent content sets, and dedicated legal disclosures.

2. Our Christian Privacy Commitment (Zero Monetization)

Unlike commercial software providers, our applications are devoid of behavioral advertising networks, commercial tracking pixels, and invasive third-party telemetry. We believe worship and spiritual study should remain an uncompromised sanctuary between the worshipper and God.

3. Multi-Tenant Architecture & Data Segregation

Our technological architecture uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) with strict cryptographic multi-tenancy. When you sign in to synchronize personal favorites, bookmarks, or study notes:

• App-Level Data Isolation: Every record is linked to a specific app_id (e.g., sda-hymns, nyimbo-za-kristo). Records created in one application are logically segregated and never leaked across other apps.
• PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS): Access control is enforced directly at the database engine level. Users can strictly only read and modify their own records.
• End-to-End Encryption: All client communications utilize HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and database volumes are encrypted at rest with industry-standard AES-256.

4. Information We Process

We process only the absolute minimum data required to deliver worship functionality:

• Authentication Data: When you optionally create an account to enable cloud sync, we store your email address and an encrypted authorization token. Guest access is fully supported without creating an account.
• Personal Worship Data: Your favorited hymns, custom prayer notes, reading playlists, and search preferences are stored to sync across your mobile and web devices.
• Offline Device Cache: App content (lyrics, music numbers) is cached locally on your device using IndexedDB or local storage so that worship continues seamlessly without an active internet connection.

5. Children and Family Worship Safety

Our applications are designed for church worship, family altars, and Sabbath School classes. We are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child privacy regulations:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• All applications are completely free of social messaging feeds, user-to-user chatrooms, and unmoderated forums.
• All lyrics and devotional study materials are family-friendly and aligned with Seventh-day Adventist teachings.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Google Play Developer Account Deletion policies:

• Right of Access & Portability: You can export all your saved notes and favorites at any time through the Cloud SaaS Sync interface.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can permanently delete individual notes, clear your account records, or request complete account eradication. When requested, all associated rows are purged across the database within 48 hours.
