Welcome to Nyimbo Za Kristo, developed under the Adventist Technologies platform. This digital hymnal is designed for Swahili-speaking Seventh-day Adventist members and congregations worldwide. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and international privacy standards.

2. Information We Collect / Taarifa Tunazokusanya

• Account Details (Optional): When you optionally create an account to synchronize notes across devices, we store your email address securely via Supabase Auth. Guest access is fully available without registration.
• Personal Worship Data: Favorited hymns (nyimbo unazozipenda), personal sermon and prayer notes, and custom worship collections.
• Offline Storage: Hymn lyrics and index files stored locally on your device for offline church service use.
• No Sensitive Tracking: We do not collect GPS location, contacts, or biometric data.

3. Device Permissions / Ruhusa za Kifaa

• Internet Access: Used solely to synchronize saved hymns and download content updates.
• Device Storage: Used to save hymn texts locally so that worship continues seamlessly without an internet connection.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure / Huduma za Nje

We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for encrypted cloud authentication and storage. All records are isolated per application using Row-Level Security (RLS). We do not include third-party advertising SDKs, commercial trackers, or marketing analytics.

5. Zero Data Sale Policy / Hatuuzi Data

Adventist Technologies does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, advertisers, or brokers under any circumstances. Programu hii haina matangazo ya kibiashara (No ads).

6. Account & Data Deletion / Kufuta Akaunti na Data

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies:

• In-App: You can delete your account and personal records at any time within the app settings.
• Web / Email Request: You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by sending an email to samaricha001@gmail.com. Your records will be deleted within 48 hours.

7. Children Privacy / Faragha ya Watoto

This application is family-friendly and suitable for all ages, including children in church and Sabbath School. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, nor does the app contain chat rooms or public social feeds.
